TomTom upgrade and hands free

Help please I have a Tomtom 700 with the latest software update (installed this morning) and a Sony Ericsson V600i.

Every thing seemed OK until I tried the hands free blue tooth
Tomtom and phone recognise each other. You can receive and dial via Tomtom but Tomtom does to accept voice I.e. mike and speaker do not work on Tomtom phone section speaker is greyed out. Therefore I can use Tomtom to dial and receive but have to use phone to speak and listen 

I did a restore now Tomtom stuck on splash screen I have done a reset but still no luck still just showing the splash screen any ideas please?

Have now reloaded old software version
