I followed you instructions & transfered the files with low bridges from 6.6 feet to 16.3 feet.
When i checked on the ICN520 it only showed 10.0 feet to 16.0 feet ???, So i attatched the ICN520 to my PC again & checked in the SmartST Desktop software & looked in POI editor, Device, Manage POI files & it shows all bridges 6.6 feet to 16.3 feet.
does anyone have any ideas or explination on why they arent showing up in the ICN520 in my data ,my POI...it only shows BRX10'0 to BRX16'0 as active.
Thanks

How many do you have active? I believe the limit is 16. _________________ Richard

when i looked in my POI it has 25 active.
Does that mean it uploaded the 33 files to the ICN520 but will only show 25 as active. |

Yes. You will only be able to use those that are marked as Active, at any one time. Obviosuly the number varies between Devices. _________________ Richard

Hi to all.
For the record Oldboy is right. You can only have 16 active POI's on this device (even though p.89 of the handbook says you can have 25).
At least that was all you could have up to Feb. of this year that I know of.
That was a major problem for me, and was I promised by 2 different people at tech support that the issue would be resolved with SP1.
Needless to say SP1 came and went and it was still not resolved so it had to go.

It is not 16, although some people have been hit by this limit. I have put and had active 23 onto an iCN520 successfully in the past. _________________ Tim |
