I have registered then subscribed via Paypal. I have my receipt from Paypal and have logged in as a new member. I now try to download the speed camera info but the site keeps telling me i am not a subscriber. Someone please help me?

We do mention it on the payment page, but in amongst all the other information, understandably, it can be missed.

Your 1st email subject line from PayPal will read 'Receipt for Your Payment to PocketGPSWorld.com Ltd' whereas the 2nd email will read 'eCheque Payment Complete'.


I don't know if this is your problem. Only guessing.;)
