Garmin Nuvi 350 and Sirius Sat Radio

I have a Sirius Replay hooked up to my car, with a cassetter adapter.
I also have a Garmin Nuvi GPS, which gives great
"voice- turn by turn directions"- (I also connect the Garmin to the car with the cassette adapter) At this point I can only have one receiver turned on at one time... I would love to have the Sirius turned on and have the GPS give turn by turn directions over the music... Would a 2 male splitter work? Is there such a thing??? I have looked everywhere and I can't find any... Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions...
