hi all
ive had my i3 for almost 6 months, bought from maplin by cc. i now have a problem with it, the usb port is damaged- pushed in , i can use it fine with batts in the car but the 12v can not plug in nor can i update the cams....... does any1 have any advice as i dont have the box or recipt anymore.? it has v8 maps so that proves its new. would garmin repair it FOC ?
any advice would be welcome

youd have to get intouch with garmin support and and give them the serial number of the device i phone call maybe better than an email _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Advise for anyone suffering the same failure,
Check the condition of your leads that you plug in to the device both the PC and car cables, if they are in anyway suspect throw them out and replace with new.
If the cable Plug is damaged a repaired unit will only suffer the same fate - Mike |
