Have paid Yesterday vis PayPal cannot download database

Subscribed yesterday and paid £19 "instant subscription" via paypal but when I click to download database it states I am not subscribed and ask's me to pay again!

Please help and assure me I have not wasted £19!

Go to your paypal accaunt and check it was paid if it was direct you should get it if it was paid by e-cheque it will take longer
