Decided to get TomTom anyway as it looks to be the best.

So far very happy (using my Holux receiver, a friend at work brought the Tomtom receiver off me)... just one question:

In map mode I can recenter if I go into the menu. Is it possible to lock the map to auto center?

If you leave it on the Main Map Screen, the first one it boots into, it will autotrack your position. It's only in Browse Map that you need to re-centre the position.
