Not sure if anyone else has had this problem. I have TomTom 5 running on an IPAQ 3870, using a Fortuna SLIM Bluetooth GPS.
Everything is fine, except that I keep getting an intermittent problem with the Bluetooth connectivity. After using the application for a while, the system will stop working, and the Bluetooth Manager screen will appear. The only way to get it started again is to shutdown TomTom and Bluetooth, and start again. Often, after it has failed for the first time, it continues to fail at more frequent intervals. At first I thought it might be the GPS unit, but I had this changed and still get the same problem. Not sure if it is connected, but it seems to be worse when the weather is hot and there is bright sunshine on the windscreen. Anyone else had this sort of problem?

Could it be that the unit(s) are overheating in the sunshine? _________________ Charlie Gregory
