Where is the Speed Camera Database?

Where do you download the speed camera database? I've been going around in circles for about 1/2 an hour. Is this site a wind up or what?

You have to be signed in, and a paid up member, then at the top of every page, under the webiite name, "POCKETGPSWORLD.COM directing you towards the future", under the word "future" is a link, "Speed Cameras", that will get you there too.
