TT 510 Freeze at Startup

I have had my TT now for a couple of months with no problems whatsoever till now.
When I turn the unit on I get the drums and the next screen then it freezes and I can't turn it off.
I have tried re-setting numerous times and still get the freeze.
I have also tried re-storing the software and tried booting from the original SD card but still get the same problem.

Has anyone got any suggestions please.

Spoke to TT customer service today and got straight thru. They were very helpful.
The problem is with the actual unit and they arranged for it to be returned for repair FOC. No sooner had I packed it up for return when the courier(UPS) arrived to pick it up. Credit where Credit is due, thats what I call service.
