|

Hi, I currently have Treo 650 (palm) and ViaMichelin 3, great as a phone, pda and I like the Navigation. But problem is that while ViaMichelin is running you cannot take calls.
Will be upgrading the phone and gps etc.., am looking at iMate Jamin (WM5.0) and new software (maybe Destinator).
Can someone please confirm the following, can you:
- use bluetooth GPS and Headset at the same time?
- use navigation software and take calls at the same time?
If so what hardware software combination does this?
Apologies if a really dumb question,
Neil |

Thanks, am I right in assuming that a PPC pda and phone device running WM5 or W2003SE would generally be able to handle receiving calls whilst most navigation software is running? Is this the norm?
Am I just paranoid having come from Palm phone and ViaMichelin software.
Many thanks again
BTW ViaMichelin Maps 2006 Edition according to the customer service staff (11.07.06) do block the phone functions whilst running, even the new version (released 10.07.06) on PPC. Not sure that is true but it has turned me off upgrading to a new version. |
