Hi
I cant play mp3 anymore because i deleted a wrong file/folder by mistake. When i try to play mp3 i get en error message saying (AN ERROR OCCURED DURING AUDIO PLAYBACK). If anybody can help me locate what file/folder i am missing and then send it by e-mail... |

Have you tried a reset using a pin? - if not please check the manual first as to the location of the reset switch (it is near the connector on the underside of the device) - failing this have you made a back-up of the device which could be re-installed using the TomTom Home Application? - Mike |

Yes i already tried to reset maybe 10 times without sucess, and no i dont have a backup until after i deleted the file/folder |
