I have just subscribed to the speed canera database and have downloaded the data base.
During the download process I could only select which navigation system I have.

Having downloaded the database I realize that it only contains UK cameras. What I really need is the continental ones. What to do??

Go back and download the rest. However the continental database on this site is not comprehensive. Suggest you should search the forums using something like "France" and "cameras" to get lots of debate as to what is available elsewhere.
