Adding waypoints for detailed route planning

Using Tom Tom 5 with the latest update on a Pocket PC is it possible to add multiple waypoints to a journey?

Sometime I want to take the scenic route and plan it out in advance using my maps but I still need to Tom Tom to show me the way when I’m on the move but transferring that route is not easy. With only one Via available in the Alternative Route section I find myself having to use multiple roadblocks to get it to use the route I want but this is very hit and miss.

I’ve also tried the itinerary feature but that seems to be aimed around visiting a series of destinations in order which have to be ticked off which isn’t quite the same thing.

Any help or advice would be most helpful.

No, we don’t think you are thick at all and we all have to learn.
Anyway, I see from your second post that you have tracked down the information that you required. I have been using the Itinerary for quite a while and it works brilliantly. When you have got the hang of it you can then progress to using Autoroute (If you have it on your PC) and transferring the waypoints from there. You will have great fun.
