I would have thought that means there are some subtle bugs or other problems that they haven't ironed out yet when using v6 with old machines.
No proof, just supposition, but if it worked fine, wouldn't they have put it on general release by now? |

I wrote the above before I saw the later post with the announcement that v6 IS (possibly!) now available for older models...

I downloaded TomTom Home but it would not let me update anything
and there is no download file on its own.
so I cant update to v6.11 |

It was there, then TT removed it again. Not sure if it is back via that route. There is at least one link posted by 46jimbo on the MyNav forum to get it by another route. |
