Custom Tom Tom voices

Is it possible to create your own voices for a TomTom ONE? If so, is there any special software you need? What format is used? Is there a list/index of key phrases that is needed?

Are there any URLs that will point me in the right direction.

I've searched around but can only find voices to purchase/download.
