Hi,

I have recently loaded a POI with over a thousand locations. The .ov2 file contains all the detail but when I come to select a POI location via navigate to, all I get is seventeen screens of locations ie. 100 location. Is there an error somewhere in my settings, how do I navigate to a location beyond the first 100.

Can any one help?.

Hi there id.
I used to run a 910 and if my memory serves me correctly I think it only shows you the nearest 100 POI's to your current location.
If you go to Navigate to/Points of Interest/Category/then type in your required POI using the keyboard at bottom left of the screen I think you'll find they're in there.
If you don't know the actual name of the POI in a particular category, try zooming out on the map, pick a point on the map that's say 300 miles away from your current location, and zoom in and find the name of a POI. Then try typing it's name using the keyboard. I think you will find that they are all in there (somewhere).
Both Navman & Garmin work the same but only display the nearest 50 POI's to your current location, so it appears that most of the big Sat Nav manufacturers have adpopted the same methods.
Hope this helps.

CeeJay.
