Is there a minimum system requirement for running diffent types of Tomtom software?
I have an ipaq 3660 running Windows CE and am trying to install Navigator 5 but with no sucess. The 3660 does not want to bring up any maps!
I have plenty of storage(1gb cf via expantion jacket)so I know the maps are there.
Before I upgrade the os I would like some advice as to me wasting my time with the 3660 or will an upgrade solve my problem? Thanks |

Hi, thanks for looking at my problem.
Firstly I think the ipaq does recognise the cf jacket (silver slider non gps),as I can hear the noise you get when you slide it on and also there is a description for it on one of the menus.
I just wondered if the os is to old for Nav 5. The ipaq is rather old with the earliest os. I have heard you can upgrade the os to Windows mobile 2002,do you think this will help and should I go for Nav 3 instead?
Regards. |

hello again
Thanks for the link.
I read through the info in the download section of the link and a prerequisite is that I have to have PPC 2002 which I am not running.
Is the download still safe to use?
Many thanks |
