Help with Rider and USA maps SD card

I have a tomtom rider with software version 5.41 ive purchased maos of the USA on a SD card, when i put the card in the tomtom screen comes up but then it just turns to a yellow screen and does nothing
Any ideas? is it a faulty card ?

sounds like a wrong bootloader to me, caused by trying to insert a GO710 SD card...

They were bought from a shop in Totenham court road, brand new packaged in blister pack and seal intact, i havent tried taking it back yet just didnt want it to be something i hadnt done or somethign that was obvious.

What was the SD card sold as? For what device?

Please also post the contents of the .PNA file here.

(Basically we think you got v6 maps and a v6 GO program)

If you have indeed the wrong bootloader, how do you put back the good one
