Medion MDPNA150 upgrade to Medion Navigator 5?

I have a medion MDPNA150 with the original navigator 3.1 running. I have just bought a version of Navigator 5 on CD, but I am having no luck running it on the machine.

I have put the maps, the .cab file and the autorun file on there, but whenever i try and load it, it keeps telling me to install at least one map!

I have tried this everyway I can using Activsinc and otherwise. Is there a way of running Navigator 5 on my MDPNA150?

PS it is running WinCE.net 4.2 if this helps - locked out as it came out of the box I have not modified the software in any way.
