|

Hi all,
I have just bought a Nuvi 310D after using tomtom for a few years and I must say I am impressed. I do however have an issue, I have a Nokia 6230 which pairs with the nuvi no problem and I can use all the phone functions on the nuvi, except 1. When I press the phone book on the nuvi it shuts down the unit. Any one else had this problem? The phone is on Garmin's compatibility list as compatible.
What phones are people out there using with the nuvi?

Hi, I am using a nokia 6131 which I paired up with the nuvi and got the phone book over , seems to be working ok, am on tmobile.
Sent garmin an e-mail prior to recieving my nuvi310 asking re the phone compatability, guess what? had a reply this morning saying they were Not
compatible, funny that, seems to be working fine to me.
I just set the phone on bluetooth and clicked on find device ( the nuvi ) which it did in a few seconds and paired them up , so now when they are near eachother and switched on I get a phone icon on the nuvi.
