Checkpoint and Multiple SPECs Cameras?

Checkpoint, if synchronised with POI Handler web site and set up correctly will show the average speed between 2 specs cameras, however does anybody know if it can be set up to handle more than 1 pair of cameras running consecutivly as the software seems to just look at distinct pairs of cameras.
