2D map scrolling fault on Navman 530

I have a navman icn 530. The device tracks my location perfectly on the 3D screen, but the 2D screen does not scroll automatically to keep up with my location. Is this how it is supposed to be, or is this a fault? Can you only use the 3D screen when following a route?

Also, if anyone finds a price for the T1 module less than the list price of £129 that Navman is selling it for, please let this forum know. Thanks.

If the 2D map doesn't scroll, try pressing the ESC button one or two times. Works for my iCN530.
