Does anyone know how to edit your favorites on a GO 510? For instance, I would like to see if I entered the address to one of my existing favorites correctly and edit it if necessary.
Thanks in advance. |

Hi Andrew
from menu 1=Change Preferences then Manage Favourites.
Select the one you want to edit, then use the rename option.

Thanks Alpha.
The method you mentioned above seems to only allow you the choice of renaming the title of the favorites. Is there a way to edit the actual address that the favorites item is referring to or am I doing something wrong? |

You cannot edit this as far as I know, you can display the position of the specific Favourite on the map to ensure it is in the correct location
Browse Map, then press the FIND button, followed by Favourites, select the one of interest and make sure its in the correct place,
if not simply delete it and create a new one using correct information -

Thank you all for your replies.
It would've be nice if it was a standard feature of the 510 but I will give the Favorite Editor a try, thanks lbendlin for the link. |
