TT5 on pre installed sd card which I copied to larger 1GB card(Kingston) Down loaded all the camera files and loaded onto Exec, been working fine for 3 weeks then my first "big" trip it freezes after 50 miles, soft reset the Exec, start TT5 and goes to green disclaimer screen then flicks to blue solid screen with "writing route instructions...(83%)" in top right corner. Soft reset to start again then if I put the original SD card back in it says to overwrite TT5 already installed which I did and all works fine (but only standard TT5, no camera database).
Have I got a bad card, or installed something wrong.
When installed, on the screen where you can see your route on the map, bottom right corner it says 5.21 this was straight off of card and not downloaded from TT site, is this correct as I thought you had to install SD card and then upgrade to 5.21.
I suppose I can format 1GB card and reload software and camera database but was hoping not to have to go that route.
Thanks in advance, Mark.

I'm running 5.21 on an Exec. I did a trip from Lancs to Bristol and back the other day with no problems. This included several re-routes due to traffic.
The only thing I can think of, given other comments on here, is that while I'm using a 2GB high-speed SD card, your Kingston card may not be fast enough for TomTom. ( Got lucky as Jessops had a special deal on and I got the card for half price! )
