Anyone know how a new choice can be added to the TTN6 available GPS units list? Where is this information held? If I but a new GPS unit that's not on the list, how to go about adding it? |

you only add the gps unit if its bluetooth to the pda's paired list and if using windows mobile 5 then select a comport for it . this done in the devices bluetooth manager and has nothing to do with tt6 _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Ah sorry maybe I explained it badly, or perhaps I don't understand the reply. :D What I mean is that when you configure TTN6, you have to select the GPS unit you intend to use. TTN6 offers you aselection of wired devices, generic bluetooth, and maybe some others. If I had a new Bluetooth device for example, that maybe doesn't suit the generic one offered, can I not add something to the choices presented by TTN6? It must know what's available, as it shows pictures of the things. Where does it store this infomation? Just pairing a new device with the PDA would not provide a picture. |

the 2 things are totally separate if you had for example a tomtom bt receiver then you would pair the device to the pda then in tt6 select tomtombt receiver and then select a comport if you had any other make of bt gps receiver then you would use other bt gps receiver and then select baud rate and then select the comport thats it there are other picture to get the pictures re onlt representations of the receiver type you are using _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone.
