I have paid by paypal for a trial month, when I login I see that I have 29 days left so I assume my £2 has been accepted so that I can now download the camera database. However it will not download, the screen just refreshes. Can someone help please

to the forum Mike,

If you could state what GPS device you have and what camera file you are attempting to download.

Ensure you are using Microsoft Explorer (other browsers have been know to cause problems) and have turned off any virus detection software and download accelerator progams to remove any possible conflict and try again.
