Have Medion V5 need V4 DESPERATE HELP needed

I recently purchased V4 USA maps from Medion after speaking to one of their sales reps and giving them the serial number of my PNA175

Guess what they dont work, I have V5 navigation software and I leave for a 2000 mile trip across the USA tommorow with no usa sat nav.

Can anyone please help me here by somehow getting me the V4 software so I can get these maps working, payment is available or perhaps i can let you have something else.

Apparantly the files will be on the disc that came with your sat nav, I need the following ones:

Autorun.inf
autorunce.exe
Medion.ico
MNAVDCE.CAB

please please please can anyone help me. Medion are not interested in heping me - why would they! they have my money!

I am really desperate and the only other alternative I have is to buy another sat nav when I arrive in the US.

Not a solution to your initially issue but Mapopolis can be downloaded on-line and trialled for a week I believe, www.mapopolis.com . It might be enough to get you out of a pickle?
