I have tried to use the co-ordinates on Google earth due to the fact that living in Northern Ireland, Belfast is the only place that is mapped on this site with the streets. On Google earth I can give more accurate pinpionts on out of town mobile cameras. It is giving different co-ordinates than I get off this map. I tried one & it put me in the middle of the North Sea. 8O

to the Forum Alan,
Can you not use your satnav to obtain the co-ordinates if you state what system your using the answer may actually be on the forum otherwise members may be able to offer advise as to how this can be done |

probably just an issue with the longitude sign. Western longitude (west of Greenwich) needs to be entered with a negative sign. _________________ Lutz

Thanks

You can read your favorites and obtain the data required using the following software http://www.easygps.com/download_xp.asp |

I tried it with the negative sign but the figures were different (I tried with a POI that I know the co-ordinates of)
