|
|
I have just purchased a Medion 96800 navigation system.
Being just a standard user I was wondering where I can get any free updates/software for this, also does anyone know where I can get the latest maps from, seeing as the ones here are navigator 5.1.
Is it best to just use it as it is, seeing as it only cost £149.00 from ALDI, or try and upgrade it.
The system is just used for standard car journeys but I would like to know how many factors of this can be fully utilized.
Thanks, |

I agree, give it a month to see what it will do. There will probably come a point where you think 'I wonder if it would/could do.....'? Then post your questions here and you'll get some great advice.
Don't worry about the mapping at the moment as whatever you have there will be map errors e.g. new roundabouts or one has disappeared, being directed into one-way streets etc. You'll soon get used to what it can and can't do. All I would say is enjoy, I find it more relaxing having sat nav and a plus is, no more arguements with my nearest and dearest :P _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property
