Newbie with a question Safety camera download Garmin C310

Hi,I know there are threads out there on safety camera downloads but i am a complete novice on a PC.
Need to know how to put safety camera database into my GARMIN STREETPILOT C310.
Please help.
Have used search forum and gave my self eye achce and a Big Headache.HELP
Step by step guide for stupid person??

Downloaded safety camera database onto my C310 Streetpilot now.
Lot of BONG BONG now though.

Anybody know how to adjust????????
