hi all just got my gamic i3 and just got a few question really
1. what time do i set as ive tried chaning the time from europe west to east tried all of them and the time is still wrong.
2point of intrest i used this to try get directions to my local mac d but its says the nearest one is in essex but there one down the road does this mean that its not on there if not how can i add it ?
3 what the best view to have it on ?
4 can u select the voices that speak to you how do you change this ?
any other help be great |

Hi Millwalll,
most of the questions you ask are answered some where in this forum but briefly:
Time
I assume your using your i3 in the UK? In which case select Europe - Western. Then restart your i3. Make sure you do this outside with a clear view of the sky so the unit can get a good fix on satellites. The time should set itself.
POI's
For all you need on POI's goto:

View
Personally I would use the 3D view.
Voices
The voices can be changed to american - english for example by clicking: SETTINGS, LANGUAGE, VOICE LANGUAGE, now select you desired voice. Custom voices are possible:

(Be patient changing voices take around 3-4mins)
