What do I want?

Hi I'm new to all this and wondered if those of you who are more knowledgeable than me could help.

I want a GPS system, dedicated or PDA, for use in a very noisy open top sports car, and need the following options. Preferably Tom Tom software for Europe to street level, including Sweden and Finland, and UK 7 to digit postcode I need Bluetooth to listen to directions, but I would also want MP3 on the unit to listen to and would like playback through the Bluetooth headset. A twin headset would be good as would a program that allows music to play but mutes it when directions are given, or is that asking too much? I also want speed cameras for UK and Europe, and the device must be portable for walking/cycling and moving from one vehicle to another.

Connection to a mobile phone is not important.

So what do I need? Despite reading all the reviews of magazines and specifications, I’m still at a loss. With new Mitac models about to be released with the option of choosing the GPS software for them, I’m treading water but need to make a decision soon. Sad

Also I was wondering about speed cameras in other countries. How do they enforce it if you are from another country? I've read recently that it's now illegal for agancies to sell DVLA information to foreigh agencies?
