Removing items from Start Up.

My Mitac Mio 168 uses MS2003 operating system. I have somehow got two entries in the start menu for Tom tom and I don't seem to able to delete one. Any ideas on how to delete unwanted items from Start up would be appreciated.

Don't confuse "Startup" and "Start Menu", those are two different things.

If you want to remove duplicate items from the start menu then first of all unselect them through Start ... Settings ...Menus, and then, if still necessary, use a file explorer to clean the "\windows\start menu\programs" folder from the duplicates.
