sda 2 with co pilot 6 in carkit - no voice/sounds

hi ,
i have co pilot 6 on a sda2 fitted in a car kit (car profile) the phones speakers are automatically disabled and therefore there is no voice guidance when using co pilot. I have contacted both t-mobile and THB (car kit manufacturer) both unable to solve this problem. Wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem and if there is a way of rectifying it.

Previously i had a sda1 with co pilot 1 which had the same fault.
