problem downloading camera database

hallo.i bought navman icn 530 i tried my best but still cant download camera database on my computer and then to my device i will be pleased if some body can explain me step by step i am trying for last 2 days and which version is the best for me its my first time i bought a nav.system.if somebody has download ed on a icn530 please let me know exactly from beginning to end

hi first you need to subsribe to get the camera database. you can do this here http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/subscription.php personally id use nochex rather than paypal as usually when ive siged people up for the camera database then it goes through straight away.

i am alraedy joind but whe you click to download then window opens where to download and how to extract and put in your computer i am clicking right to download but after i cant understand what to do

when you click to down load you need to save it to place on your computer for example my documents form there you then need to unzip the file form then on follow the isntructions

sorry agai to disturbing agaim i downloaded in my document then left click toextract all when its is extract when i click agian to open the file its says no file format
