If speed camera data installed all types are OK except mobile which it would seem cannot be set to active. Seems impossible to get a response from navman tecnical. Does anyone know how this problem can be overcome?

How many other files on your system are set to be active. There have been a number of threads reporting that although 25 POI files can be loaded only 16 of these can be set active. Try and remove the active status from one or two of your other files and then see if you can set mobile active.
