Eur - Single file with all the cameras- CoPilot 6

Hi,
I use CoPilot 6 and downloaded and installed the Uk single
file Cameras, without any problems. On a recent trip to France,
I noticed that, CoPilot was telling me, the Locations of some
Speed cameras, in Paris, which was a pleasant suprise, for me.
My Question is, if I were to download the Eur-Single file, would
it enhance camera detection in Europe firstly and secondly
would I be able to use it with the Uk single file in CoPilot? and
if so how do I install it?
