Data base down loads

Hi
I must be thick, but every time I try to down load the speed camera data base to my navman I always seem to get the gatso speed limits which appears to be too large a file. I have tried two composit file but each give me the same speed limot files.
What I would like to load is :-

Gatso (without speed limits)
Mobile
red light
temps
continental
and the averaging cameras.

How do I get this basic down load
