new / update camera info

hi, im using tomtom mobile but there are a few cameras reported in my area which no longer exist

also there is at least 1 mobile camera that is not in the database

is there anyways i can add them and gain lifetime membership too using tom tom mobile - or somehow sending u the coordinates or something to the camera?
