can you please help ive downloaded the software for the speed cameras but i went out we didnt pick up one camera what have i done wrong we are using the garmin c310 thanks |

do the camera's show up in the custom poi folder? if not then they're not installed correctly. if they do then you could have just earned a lifetime subscription. submit the new camera details and the PGPSW team will get back to you.

I think you may have misunderstood his post. He means he didn't pick up any cameras, not that he found a new one. _________________ Peter

hi thanks for your replys the speed cameras show up in folder on sat nav but when out using the garmin we do not receive any warning that they are there |

sorry, i read it as being he didn't pick up one particular camera... hence my suggestion that it may have been a new one...
do you have proximity alerts turned on on the gps? they need turning on in the i3 and nuvi but not sure about the c310.
