TomTom pretty good in GB and France, as far south as Grasse, and the journeys I've been routed would have been OK for coaches, even double deckers, for most of the time. TomTom's not perfect and you will, like any of the mapping, have errors. If you look in the Caravan/Motorhome section, on this site, you will find a link to POI's for low bridges. I haven't used TomTom elsewhere on the continent.
What's happened to the PSV regulation regarding 'you must be familiar with the route you are travelling'? :P _________________ Formerly known as Lost_Property

TomTom is pretty good south of Grasse as well. Will be using it next week. _________________ Charlie Gregory

Not sure if you use the tunnel or the ferries WeeMarky but be aware TomTom routes you via the tunnel. If you use the ferries you will have to add a via.
Also, if, for example, you are travelling to France, install the GB map and the France Plus map. The plus maps have the Major Roads of Europe so before departing choose the France Plus map. This will route you on the Major Roads of Europe to the tunnel/ferry and on arrival in France you will have street level to take you to your destination.
