TTmobile 5 copying camera database to N70 problem Pls help

Hello, i have downloaded my database ov2 and it's relevant bmp file, but copying them to my memory card is a nightmare!
It just instantly comes up with ' the operation could not be completed'. I thought perhaps i shouldn't be transferring them to the root but inside a folder, my first thought was the map folder but i came up with the same error. I couldn't find any instructions anywhere on how to install these files so had to try and blag it, am i doing something wrong or is it a tech prob?

It could be that your card is full.

The OV2 and BMP Files always go into the Map Folder on any TomTom enabled Device.

There is a Camera Help Guide List further down, and on the left, of this page. Try the TomTom Navigator.
