Problem with ipaq h1940 and Royaltek RBT2001

Hallo.
I have an ipaq h1940 with ROM version 1.00.06 in Italian.
Pairing and connection to the RBT-2001 via Bluetooth works fine.
Bluetooth settings cannot be changed and they are:
- internal serial port: COM 8
- external serial port: COM 5.

The GPS antenna works fine on COM 5 with Royaltek's GPS test software. But when I install Tom Tom Navigator 5 or Mio Map, COM 5 disappears from the list and both software list COM 8 only as avaiable for BT connection to the antenna. Even Royaltek's GPS test software stop working: unable to open COM 5!

How can I solve the problem?
