Hi All
Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this but i'm new here.
I signed up for a membership and then paid my £2 to download the speed camera data. Unfortunately despite many attempts I have been unable to do so. Every time it starts to download I click save and then IE states that it cannot connect to the relevant page
Is there a problem with the site ATM or am I doing something wrong |

Yes I have spent all day looking at everything I could find to solve the problem. I have emptied IE cache and cleared all the cookies then logged in again but still every time I get to the download It fails and says it can not connect to the site?
I go to the download page and select Garmin I then select the database I want, and I have tried them all with the same result. The usual window pops up asking if I want to save or open the file, I click save and then I get the error message that the page cannot be found?? |

Can't think what the problem is
Has anybody else out there had a similar problem?
Anyone any ideas?
In the meantime I'll email you the files. _________________ Robert Brady |

If the user is using Norton Internet Security and Norton System Works, it controls the recycle bin.
If you delete the cookies and then empty the recycle bin, you will also need to empty the Norton Protected files as a copy of the deleted cookies are in the protected files and still linked to Internet Explorer. _________________ Graham.

Thanks for that I now have the file but not sure what to do with it. 8(
Do I need to rename it that is change the file extension from .zm9 to .zip or .csv?
Sorry to be a PITA. |

I'm glad to say I got rid of everything to do with Norton from my system some time ago. |
