I loaded the software onto my computer, but when I connect the Quest, the computer tries to load the drivers, but comes up with the error message: The system cannot find the file specified... I even manually went to thedriver called USB_Drivers. Any idea's??? |

What OS and which mapsource product are you using.

Hi, I am using Win XP and loaded City Sel Europe V6. ANy ideas what I need to try, as Garmin haven't replied to me yet? |

When you look in control panel/add and remove programs, can you see a entry for Garmin Usb driver,if not uninstal CS 6 reboot the Pc and then install again you should see a box saying its installing the Usb drivers when the first cd is running

I just did that, and still says it cant find the specified file. It did show it installed the drivers, but still nothing... |
