have just put aa on to my pcc250 and its not working as it should it finds route but arrow is wrong way round on map and it does not face north or the way i am going can anyone help me??? |

If its anything like the 4.75 version, you should be able to select the north heading, by touching the arrow button at the top of the screen. That should then have you going in the right direction! |

i have tried all of that and still not right it seems as if the gps is out by a few yards i was on a 62 it said keep going on m62 for 8 miles it runs at the side of the a 62 |

I'd get in touch with Medion if I were you. Send an email, but if you have time, call them on 08707 270370. You'll get through to the helpline, who, once you have explained the situation, will put you through to a technician. You might be on the phone for 5 minutes before you get through, but they are helpful. |
