I have Map Version 571 and due to my job I frequently go between the b+Q at E105NH Ketton Mills Marshall Rd and E107PQ Heybridge Way Leyton. There is a road that pratically joins the 2 called Orient Way E10 5 which is not on my map the start of it is when it comes from Lea Bridge Rd but it is only the start and the rd is a couple of miles long at least and joins up with rochholt rd and marshall rd, marshall rd is not even on the map, both apear on my Microsoft Autoroute and I would be interested if someone could check to see if it is on later versions of the TomTom go Maps. I'm using Autoroute 2006 by the way. |

Just out of interest I had a look on infomap navigator 4.4 which shows it as only about 100 yards long, but multimap.com shows it in full.
Do you know if the road is drivable? |

Just looking on Google earth and there is a substantial road there, there is also an adjacent track that seems to fizzle out in grass land that is labelled Orient Way so it looks like they've built a new road for traffic.
Sorry adrianhaslett you probably know all this already, just got interested in looking at the maps! |

It's definately drivable, I drive a 7.5 Tonne truck along it every Tuesday and Heavier vehicles use it regularily. I've been using the rd for at least a year, It's not new.
With ref. to the man who's been asked to dig it up, please don't that rd get's busy anough on the best of days. At least refrain from doing so on tuesday's from 0900-1000.
It runs by the side of the railway track and there building one of those new channel tunnel stations arround there as I speak. At least I think it's for the channel tunnel. |

Thankyou for your reply, seems we have a map error or someones forgot to map it. The rd is not new in any aspects so seems strange that it is not shown as a navigateable route ?. Bit disapointed realy as was hopeing to upgrade to the latest mapping when it comes out for the TomTom Go 300, 500, 700 users and get this rd on there. Perhaps Teleatles can make a late entry on this rd ?. Or even better TomToms future software update could allow users to add to there current maps by driving the route and tomtoms learning it or something. |
