anyway I can stop the constant pairing of TT% to my bluetooth GPS? It really is annoying when I just want to look at the map and plan a rute, rather than using the actual navigator.
Even more annoying as my Fortuna Clip On GPS has packed up so actually have nothing to connect to at the mo. |

Use Advanced Planning mode in main menu 2. |

cheers but before I can even get to that menu the bluetooth console pops up & asks me to select a bluetooth device |

For a quick fix go to preferences/ GPS and select configure, then set the software to expect "other cabled NMEA GPS", pat a Baud rate in (anything will do for this - so leave it at 4800) for the connecting port select "Serial Cable on COM1" - press done and TomTom will not fire up the Bluetooth, when you get another bluetooth GPS make sure you reselect the correct options in the GPS panel(s) to comunicate with the device correctly - Mike |
