Today I wanted to sync the PDA but it would not do this - screen on PDA keeps saying Remote Networkin error 603.
Do I have aproblem with my PDA or desktop.
Re-installed Microsoft Activesync ver 3.8.
I have reset many times still will not sync.
Could someone please help on this.

Just had a 'surf' and found Remote Networking error 603 = Caller's buffer is too small.

And this DUNS ERRORS 600, 601, 603, 606, 607, 610, 613, 614, 616, 618, 626, 632, 637, 638:

An internal error (Windows operating system) has occurred. Microsoft advises to shut-down and re-start computer to make sure that all recent configuration changes have taken effect.

If this does not correct the problem, you may need to remove and re-install portions of Windows, or re-install Windows.

And this Make sure the FIFO buffers are turned on if the user has a 16550 UART. If the buffers are on, try juggling with their settings until the error goes away.

If this has no effect, then set the FIFO buffers to their default settings, lower their port speed to 9600 and work the port speed up one step at a time until the error repeats itself. Use the highest possible port speed that does not make this error occur.

If the error occurs at 9600bps then the modem is possibly damaged, refer the customer to their manufacturer.
